Opening Times

The show will open from 9.00am until 5.00pm on both days

Dogs

Dogs are allowed at the show but must be cleaned up after. There are dog waste bins available around the show and dog drinking water facilities

Parking

There is parking on grass and is free of charge. Disabled parking is available. Parking is at your own risk. Contour Exhibitions will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of vehicles or property.

Disabled Visitors

The Great Shires Game Fair welcomes disabled visitors. All avenues have hard surfaces and all buildings, toilets as can be accessed with ease, making your day out with us an enjoyable experience.

Carers go free. Please contact 01392 421500 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) to purchase your tickets

All Carer/PA ticket applications require evidence of supporting documentation.

Please supply least one of the following (printed or scanned copies are acceptable);

  • Middle or Higher Rate DLA for care and/or mobility
  • Receipt of personal independence payment (PIP)
  • Evidence of being severely sight impaired
  • Recognised assistance dog ID card

Groups

We welcome groups to the show. A group discount is available. Buy any 8 tickets and get one adult ticket free.

Children

We count children as those people 5 to 16 years old. Under 5’s go free.

There are toilet facilities throughout the site.

There is an excellent food court offering a range of lunches, snacks and drinks

Camping for visitors is available on the showground. Come and enjoy the weekend at the Great Shires Game Fair. Camping available from Friday night 13th April (no overnight stay on Sunday 19th April). Further information on costs and how to book available soon
